[Echo Force Zero: Vol1]

Weird that I haven't watch this before until now but it's pretty good stuff.
It's really not easy to create a drama series esp for flash animation. Alot of planning and efforts needed but I thought you started really well.
There's a few awkward animations here and there but it's fairly acceptable since it is a one man team.
The only improvement I can suggest is probably the content of the episode. Since this is an introduction ep, there are plenty of talking so it might make the ep a little to the dry side. You can either add even more actions or quicken the pacing or shorten the length of the ep. Hopefully you can balance this in the future eps.
I also thought you introduced to many characters and different places in a single ep. I can't really catch all of them yet.
Other than that, the rest are fine, great work from the VAs as usual.

[Across the Universe Ep.2]

Good

This is actually pretty good.
Some mentioned the previous ep is better but I haven't watch any previous episodes before, so I can't compare it.
So far i think the major issues are already mentioned. Just work on the pacing especially if you are still using 3D. Currently the pacing is too even, thats why it feels a little slow, you could make some parts faster and some parts slower.
And also the backgrounds looks really plain now, its probably a hassle to model the backgrounds, so for still shorts i think its better to draw in flash.
The characters may look a little generic but still acceptable.
And this episode is also a little short, maybe you could add in the fight at the end.
Overall i think there's a lot of potential and i look forward to future installments. Great job :D

[Shattered Heaven Act 4.2]

Too Short

This series actually do have some potential but each submission is too short. Rather than cutting up in scenes you should just keep them in acts or make them longer. I'm sure this will attract more people and keep their interest going as i believe people won't just want to watch an entirely talking scene.
It needs more advancing plot development.

Other than that the drawings are pretty decent.
Just hope you can work on the pacing and the contents in each of the short.

Full episodes are usually 30 minutes. They're way too long file size wise to put up here and each episode will usually be longer than the 16,000 frame limit. The pacing is actually fine, but seems much slower when it's posted scene by scene.

This episode is different, there's only 3 scenes script wise but will probably cut into more for size restraints.

I put up each entire episode, full format on my site. Watching it together as a single episode is how to properly watch them, but I put them up on NG scene by scene as I finish each one. Script wise the first 3 Acts were relatively slow in terms of action in compared to 4 and up.

I write this as I wrote the novels, so character development is usually shown through the dialogue, etc. But like I said, watching it as a singular episode kinda kills that slow pacing. But I understand how it feels slow since no matter what I say, as long as each scene is posted individually people will take them as single entries. But until I find a way to submit an entire 30 minute episode in one shot it'll have to be done this way. I have some ideas on how to pull it off, but I'm not entirely sure it'll work on NG.

But yeah, this episode is unique in how the first two scenes are short, though the first scene of each episode is usually about the same length before the opening. The 3rd scene itself, considering its content is about 15 minutes on its own.

[Metamorphosis...]

Not bad

It started off really good, i like the paper effect for the intro and the title shot.
But the pace kinda slow down during the main story. Reaction of the character is off the pace as well. And also since it is called Metamorphosis i guess you can go abit more crazy with the box too.
Stuffs i like is your 3D background, the visuals, and the music.
Stuffs needed to be improve is the timing of the animation and the character's expressions. Overall i think it has alot of potential. Good job!

[Exile Preliminary 4]

Great

I really enjoy it, the action sequences are awesome.
But as someone mentioned, the lack of background sound effects really drags it down. It just takes away the dramatic feel of the movie, especially during the fight scene.
Other than that minor problem the rest is really fine. Good job :)

Impressive

It's not easy to pull off such long and horror story, and furthermore your characters looks cartoony, but it didn't decrease the scary factor.
You did brilliant! Good job. :)

[Pursuit of the Falcon]

Wow great

Pretty well done. Voices are done pretty good and nice use of the soundtracks.
The chase is pretty awesome as well.
